Laptop accessories

About a year ago I bought a new laptop. I need to constantly work on my laptop for school as well as my webshop, blog and other things. Since I don’t know a lot about the specifications of a good laptop I let my boyfriend help me make a decision. He came up with several different laptops but I was very dissapointed with the design of almost every single one. I don’t know what it is, but whenever you find a laptop with good features it seems to be a poorly designed one.
