Outfit details of the week

Ladies, it’s 2017! I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by. It will be a year of big changes for sure, and I’ll take you with me along my journey. Today I have some outfit details of the week for you. I like putting outfits together and making pictures of them. On days when I don’t know what to wear I can easily scroll through my instagram and see what outfit I can wear that day.

Monday I felt like wearing something casual but in a way dressed up at the same time. I went for this collared shirt with a grey pattern. I love the detailing of the pattern, it’s subtle but at the same time noticeable. The shirt has a white… Read More

Outfit of the day: December 18th

Today I went for a casual outfit. Black trousers with a subtle faux leather look. I simply love the edgy look of faux leather and it makes my outfit just that little more interesting! On top of that I wore a black and white striped top, one of my recent purchases from Pimkie. The blouse has a nice detail on the neckline and is embellished with rhinestones. I must admit I went a little crazy and bought a whole bunch of them since we all know how much I love my statement necklaces. Since they were all ridiculously priced I didn’t even end up spending a lot of money.  I received the package yesterday and must say I am very excited to combine them together with different outfits. The purple necklace is one of them (the rest will follow later). Usually I don’t tend…… Read More

Let’s talk about stripes and patterns

I have another mini haul for you! I have received a couple of things over the past weeks (these posts about what I’ve purchased make me realise I have gone a little overboard, but let’s blame it on the sales and exams!). Everything is purchased from different online shops. This sparkling piece of clothing is a beautiful nude coloured dress detailed with sequins in gold, copper and silver. The detailing is amazing and gives such a nice effect (almost looks like marble don’t you think?). Since I’m very fair it is kinda hard to make this colour work in combination with my skin colour. I mostly try to avoid nude colours for dresses or clothes cause it can easily give the illusion that I’m naked. Read More
